What happened
This release gives the full detail of the October 13, 2026 state bond auction for each bond: bids received, bids accepted, cut-off yields and prices, and what small investors received. States offered ₹31,200 crore in all and raised ₹30,005 crore.
Demand was healthy for most bonds. For example, Assam's 11-year bond drew ₹2,760 crore of competitive bids but only ₹705 crore was accepted at the 8.10% cut-off, plus ₹100 crore of retail bids, so ₹805 crore was raised. Gujarat accepted nothing in its 12-year bond.
Small investors bidding non-competitively were given bonds at the weighted average price. They were allotted in full for most bonds, and partially where demand was heavy, such as Assam and Haryana.
